About ECE ELEVATION

ECE Elevation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and uplifting the professionals who have chosen to devote their life’s work to the field of Early Childhood Education.

We recognize the critical role educators play in shaping the lives of children and families, and we are committed to ensuring they feel valued, supported, and empowered in their work.

Our organization focuses on addressing and navigating the complex challenges facing the sector, while providing meaningful support, advocacy, and resources that strengthen both educators and the programs they serve.

Mentorship Program


Whether you are new to the field or perhaps you have started a new position and need some support navigating through your new journey. ECEE understands that the support of other ECE professionals is so important to the growth of the Educator.


Workplace Support 

Are you having issues in your workplace with a co worker or even a supervisor? ECEE can help with this. ECEE understands that working in a healthy environment is imperative to the continued growth and success of the Early Childhood Educator.
